Jack stuck?
Posted by: Matari - 08-29-2010, 08:23 AM - Forum: Included Mansions - Replies (8)

Hi - It might just be me, but I am stuck on Castle Basano in room 16494 - when I get into room 16494 I haven't got a yellow key and can't turn the laser off so want to go back, but I can't. See screen shot of room 16294 - I cannot jump onto the moving platform cus it is too high. Sad

Favorite Mansion? (So far, at least)
Posted by: samskelton - 08-28-2010, 06:25 PM - Forum: Included Mansions - Replies (13)

I think mine's Citadel of Dr. Casseopeus. (I didn't spell that last word right... But I think everyone knows which one I'm talking about.)

So far, it's the most unique and I really think it shows off the new graphics. What do you guys think? What's your favorite?

As jack is exploring the vast woods, he finds a small alcove that leads to a desserted town in the mountains. Where are all the people? You wonder. You then stumble upon an old mine occupied by huge spider and other unusual creatures. Can you discover all the hidden secrets, gather all the treasure and survive the mine?
Task List:
•
Complete Mansion

Discover al secrets

Find Congoron's Hidden Treasure
MM2 Demo Error at startup
Posted by: jengland - 08-28-2010, 02:14 PM - Forum: General Issues - Replies (3)

I just downloaded the demo version of MM2 and am unable to get it working. I launch the game, select the screen mode I want, click
Not Yet
at the registration screen and once the
Click to continue
appears, I get the following error:

Filename: Gamescreens.c
Line Number: 887 (unknown)
Error Code: -35

My current setup:

Intel iMac 2.4 Ghz w/ 2 GB Ram
Mac OSX 10.6.4

I first downloaded from download.com and after getting the error, I downloaded from the actionsoft server and still get the same error.

The mansion level builder will open and I was able to open a mansion and view the rooms.

Let me know if there is any more information you need.

Thanks,

Justin

Addition: I have my HD formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled and Case-Sensitive) and I imagine that may have something to do with the error, being case sensitive.
Forum Updates

Hi guys, I just went through the forums and did the following for the release of MM2:

• Changed the news
• Put together a new header (for now it will be like that; the featured mansion thing will happen once we get some mansions)
• Added a new category for MM2's game.
• Changed the Custom Mansion category to accommodate both MM1 and MM2 custom mansions.
• Other little things

Suggestions? Any typos or bugs? Can you reply/start a new topic on all of the boards? Let me know here!

 Game Bugs ?! Info
Posted by: Wingy - 08-28-2010, 02:21 AM - Forum: Game Bugs ?! - No Replies

If you find anything that you think is out of the norm or you're not sure about, post in this board (not this topic) and let Actionsoft know!

Note: bugs regarding a specific mansion (such as an incorrect secret count, a place where Jack can get stuck, a cheap death, or similar issue) should be reported in the
Included Mansions
topic, not here.
