Jack stuck?

Hi - It might just be me, but I am stuck on Castle Basano in room 16494 - when I get into room 16494 I haven't got a yellow key and can't turn the laser off so want to go back, but I can't. See screen shot of room 16294 - I cannot jump onto the moving platform cus it is too high.

you are not stuck. Go through the tutorial mansion.

You have another option besides returning to room 16294. Look carefully at what all is in 16494.
