Dear newbies.
Despite all our efforts there still seem to be some
trolls
around, trying to attack our forums. The number of registrations is growing at a speed that is too high compared to what we are used to. Also, very few of newly registered newbies ask for an upgrade so they can post.
Therefore the admins have decided that newbies that do not log in to the forum at least once the first month after they register will be removed. So please log in if you are indeed a
real
newbie and not a false registration.
Since there is very little left of this month we will not start this project until the 1st of December. Then we will remove all that registered in September and October and never logged in.

Here is the newest member:
What kind of username is that? And why is it that most, if not all of our new members add the following as a personal text:

We love the Midnight Mansion
game and all members
of the Midnight Mansion
Forums

All the trolls that we removed this autumn had this text as a personal text - it seems that new members still do.
I suspect that our forum is still under attack. It's too bad that the YaBB software does not provide a better defence against those hackers, like having to read and write down a 5-letter/number code before being able to register.

I propose that we issue yet another warning. All newbies will have to login at least once during the first month after they register. Failure to do so will lead to removal.

What do you think? It would be nice to have your opinion as well, Anthony.

There are apparently six 25-pieces in this room, but I can't get at one of them: sprite no. 35437, which seems to be placed below the ground. Is this piece of money supposed to be obtainable? If so, how? I've tried ducking in all possible positions and facing both ways.
I need help! I made it to the save point in 15904 with 2 yellow keys. I have made it to room 15707, got the lower purple key, used it in room 15908 but I can't get to the upper purple key in 15707. Can you give me a hint? Thanks, great mansion!

in rooms 15717 and 15916 there are two green and two purple doors, respectively. I have played this mansion in all three modes and I seem to lack a key to open one of the doors in either color. I don't mind leaving the purple one since there's only a map behind it, but the green one is annoying, I have to choose between a backpack and some money bags. Don't like to choose... Haven't seen another green key around anywhere

Am I missing something?

Cheap death and Jack stuck situations fixed.

There are still background issues, which result in
pling
sound when going between rooms. Joe will fix this as soon as he has time.
