Two more possible cheap deaths found (in the same room):
16907 When Jack enters from the bottom left, he pretty much is guaranteed to walk into the snake. Also, the 2nd jumping skeleton fish is pretty hard to avoid. Maybe if the bat platform was wider, he could maneuver around it.
