I only have Firefox and Mail in the Background

It's really weird as it will happen at random sessions and sometimes it can be solved by going to windowed then back to full-screen

Also, when in windowed, for some reason I can't resize the window, I'll drag the corner and once I let go of the button the window snaps back to the window at it's default size

I tried the no fps cheat, I loled, it went at about 200fps

BTW I've attached the error I get before i play each mansion

I tried the no fps cheat and it works fine windowed or full screen.

Without the cheat 62fps windowed, 14fps full screen.
With the cheat 62fps windowed, 62fps full screen.

mapman, can you verify that your results are correct? It's VERY strange that with the cheat it'd do the perfect frame rate (62fps), esp. in windowed mode. It *should* run way faster than normal.

Can you also try the cheat

double speed

and see what you get with that? That allows up to 120fps.

This is all very peculiar.

I confirmed my previous results with the no fps cheat.

I quit the game, restarted, and then tried the double speed cheat. It ran at 122-124fps windowed, 14fps full screen.

I quit the game again, restarted again, and now when I use the no fps cheat it runs at over 300fps windowed – see image.

... but it always runs slowly when fullscreen? Or SOMETIMES runs slowly fullscreen? When you use the cheats, how does fullscreen perform?

It seems that it now always runs slowly full screen. I can no longer reproduce the results I got earlier when it ran at the same speed windowed and full screen with the no fps cheat.

Latest results:

No cheats          windowed 62fps
                        full screen 14fps

double speed cheat    windowed 122fps
                                full screen 14fps

no fps cheat      windowed 300+fps
                        full screen 14fps
