oh yeah, to make a good secret that has a good hint, (that's like for example a secret room through a grey brick wall) and you have no layer 6 cracked brick with a fridge to give a hint, just draw a not cracked layer 6 wall to the secret without a fringe! Makes the players to look out for that, because usually they look out for cracked walls...
EDIT: Fridge, fringe... whats the differance? :
draw layer 6 fringein the special menu. Then select the nothing-ness tile (aka the erasing black tile) and click away the fridge... it's also easier to uncheck it before you start drawing layer 6 stuff.
