More general advice. In cases where Jack is in dark rooms or at places that he is invisible, you always need to keep in mind that Midnight Mansion is a
simple
game. There are only 6 keyboardbuttons to work with: the 4 arrows, spacebar and enter. Like rose said: try everything. And suddenly your (MM-) life will be easy!
