It is his sister that pm-ed me and told me that she hated me and wanted to kill me.
I can of course ban her, him and their IP simply because they are getting very annoying. But should we regard the above message as a threat? He is acually saying that if we ban their IP he will still try to hack himself to our forum via proxys.
It's so hard to know what the truth is here. I'm not even sure what can be done. Have you told Vern about the threat so he's aware of it? The problem is that an account and ip could be banned but it isn't too hard to get around these limitations if someone is determined to be a nuisance and doesn't mind switching to new accounts.
That's more than a little disturbing to hear that you're getting the weird PMs as well.
