by a player is indeed a JS because there are actually no rules of what counts as normal play. There is no
politically
correct or incorrect play in this game. If a player can create a JS situation it IS a JS situation regardless of the builders opinion or intention. You, aquaMat, are the only builder I know of that doesn't accept this.
