One of the things that Missy said that makes great sense to me is that the FIRST thing in the FIRST line of any comment regarding a particular mansion problem be the room number and the difficulty level.
That would be a great help in sifting through comments and not reiterating them. For example, if you are testing Castle Basano and find an error in 15499, the first thing a tester writes in the comment under the topic Castle Basano is 15499, Easy (or Normal or Hard). That would save endless sifting to find if a comment has already been made about that room. If there is not a division between Easy, Normal, Hard in the actual boards then defining the room and the level would surely help. This is a big project with a lot of people so we need to simplify as much as possible, in my opinion.
