Jack can't climb the right ladder in room 30698 and thereby not get the 3 yellow keys. But maybe he doesn't need them?

Jack forgot to get the blue key before he jumped back to room 31897. Now he can't go back as the conveyor belt is moving the wrong way. It doesn't reset when Jack leaves and comes back into the room. >

Sorry I didn't make myself clearer when I asked where is the third key. I played the game twice, and I can't seem to find the third green key which is needed at the end of the game. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
