MM HD running on an Intel. Downloaded from Actionsoft. When you play Hint House Hard it saves with the title as Normal. Is it supposed to save that way or should there really be a Hint House Hard?

All HD custom mansions players please note:<br />
Some of the CM's were uploaded as a zipfile plus a readme file within a folder containing the mansion's name. In these instances you have to move the zipped file to the top level of your Midnight Mansion HD Custom Mansions folder to be able to play it, zipped or unzipped.<br />
Other CM's were uploaded as zipfiles just containing the CM. This zipfile must be placed at the top level of the Midnight Mansion HD Custom Mansions folder and played from there, zippedor unzipped.<br />
I have received some complaints about non-working CM's, producing some error codes when the MM1 HD tries to open them. Please check whether the CM you are trying to play is indeed at the top level of your Midnight Mansion HD Custom Mansions folder. If they are there you can play them zipped or unzipped.<br />
I do not have any problems playing the HD ready CM's on the list.

I'm running MMHD on a G5 Mac (Power PC) with OS 10.4.11. Command-D to see secrets attained and room info only works intermittently -- seems to be okay when the program first starts, but then nothing happens. Also, at the end of mansions, I'm getting a funky situation where it gives me a Save/Cancel option but won't accept any mouse clicks to do either.

So it looks like beta testing is now over for Midnight Mansion HD. Thank you all SO MUCH for your help!<br />

I think I've *finally* finished porting over the registration code system (it's a lot more involved than you might think), so that the ActionSoft-distributed version of Midnight Mansion HD can finally be released! I discovered while working on the game that it won't work to let users enter their original codes into the HD version, but fortunately the form above makes it fairly easy to get a free Episode 2 code, by entering your original Midnight Mansion code into the form. I'd love you to test this and let me know how it works for you. <br />

Also, please test the form above entering in any other registration codes you have, such as Insectoid codes or Midnight Mansion 2 codes. Make sure it does *not* give you an Episode 2 code from these!<br />

For testing the game itself, making sure that your new Episode 2 code unlocks Episode 2 within the game when you type it in. Please also test copy and paste. You should be able to select and copy your entire <blockquote>Registered To / Registration Code</blockquote> email or web page that has your new code, and when you start up the game, push Buy Now and then Enter Code, and it should automatically be filled out for you!<br />

Please test and make sure that entering *other* codes into the game, like a MM2 code, or an Insectoid code, or an *original* MM1 code, does not work.<br />

You can do repeated tests by deleting the license code files AND the <blockquote>Episode data</blockquote> files in:<br />

/Library/Application Support/ActionSoft/Midnight Mansion<br />
<br />
These files will be re-created when you launch a paid version of the game (such as a purchased version from the Mac app store) OR you enter a registration code for one of the episodes.<br />

Is there some special technique to get Jack down the right side of the roof without dying? I've tried both stepping off and jumping off with left arrow, but no success.<br />

In room 011150 with Jack standing on the platform over the purple key the game cannot be suspended if he is standing on squares 2-5 numbered from the right hand edge of the platform.
