I am stuck in rooms 15892-15895. I've figured out the grey door and gold/silver blocks and have gotten around all of the lower and middle levels. I can't figure out how to get to the top layer to be able to go up the ladder in Rm 15896. I can't seem to find a ladder, hidden vine or switch. This is the same spot that stumped me previously.

got inspired by all the posts about doldrum so I thought i'd give it a try but I found a JS in room 17100<br />

after pulling the lever to the right of Jack in the pic, I <blockquote>accidently</blockquote> took a small step to the left, but after pulling the lever Jack was standing <blockquote>in</blockquote> the door, so he ended up in between the doors... can't get out

After <em><strong>THE WARRIOR</strong></em>, <em><strong>JOURNEY TO SARKOZYLAND</strong></em> &amp; <em><strong>CRANES</strong></em>, I put a last touch 2 days ago at [highlight]DAEDALUS[/highlight] ,my last release, ßtested by AquaMat and Rose, thanks to them. Now DAEDALUS is between Freddy's hands, and I am waiting for news. It is a 79 rooms mansion, level <strong><em>hard</em></strong> I think.<br />
I spent such a long time on designing and improving mechanisms, so I hope you'll all have fun with it.<br />

I have a question on designing a Mansion. Is it possible to have steps that go down from one room to another? And for you to go back up same steps. I've started my second mansion (first is finishing up beta testing right now). And I wanted to do this. But testing it in the Builder, I can go down but not back up. :'(<br />

I finally got to save point one in this mansion. YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! IT TOOK AAAAAGES. .<br />
<br />
Anyhow, I got my yellow key and went upstairs towards the grey room start point (16499). But in the room to the left of that is the room with the lever, three grey doors and the purple key. How do I get the purple key? I can't see anything hidden that would enable me to get open the grey door at the top of the ladder wihtout 'actioning' the lever below. Then I can't get back! <br />

I just sent my hard version of the octopus mansion to freddy.<br />
I also just finished playing it, and considering I made the mansion, know what to do and where to go, the time 155 minutes indicates quite some game time for everyone [it has 80 secrets in 238 rooms and many of them are of course visited several times]<br />

All we have to do is to await the upload

Wouldn't you know it, Jack finally makes it to the top with 5 lives and jumps for the lever, falls down and ends up......see pic. <br />
<br />
Now if Jack should reach and slide down the invisible pole to unstuck himself, <br />
he slides to his death in a lower level but, <br />
never making it to the very bottom level.  [smiley=cry.gif]<br />
<br />
Hopefully you can see 1/2 of Jack on the right side of tower.<br />
<br />
I tried to take a pic of where he lands, dead, but the scene changes so quickly it doesn't allow for a pic to be taken.  I tried with all 5 lives.
