I've been replaying this mansion trying to get all the money/secrets. I'm just about to finish all the green area, but I'm unable to get down the ladder in the room mentioned. There's a discontinuity in the ladder with a zapper beam. No matter what I do, Jack falls to his death at that point. I've tried holding the left or right arrows with the down arrow, but no joy. Getting down the ladder is the only way to reach room 16893 and the money therein. Another weird thing: when I bring the mansion into Level Builder and test the room, I can get down the ladder with no problem. Any thoughts/ideas?

I have learned how to run Windows games through Wineskin. Would it be ok if I try to run Haunted Hills through Wineskin as well, or is that against the ToS?

I cant seem to play saved games from the downloaded HD mansions. I run a Mac version 10.11.1 <br />

The game was originally downloaded from the App store Episodes 1 &amp; 2, I have tried downloading the demo from the Actionsoft site and that combines the 2 versions, but still cant play the saved games. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks

Well, it's taken waaay longer than planned, but The Chamber of Secrets is ready for testing! There are 59 rooms, an easy and a hard version, and there will be an HD version as soon as I get around to reading up on how to convert. PM me if you're interested in testing any of these. Thanks!

There is a post in another thread about how sometimes sprites can get <blockquote>offset</blockquote> when converting a mansion to HD. This may have happened here: there are a couple of money bags hidden behind the cracked bricks on the right (just to the left of where Jack is standing.) When Jack enters the room the bags fall out of the room, making it impossible to get them.<br />

Ok i know that the way must be very simple and easy, still, i just cant figure out how to go to top levels to seek treasure (blue area), i can see that there is a way to get down, a golden pole hidden right at the entrance of it..but how to go up ? i dont know what i am missing ...i have tried jumping, pulling levers etc , going up down etc all ... i cant continue further because of this room .. !

i know this might sound stupid, but i jus dont know whr to go ...my jack is stuck in room 18715 and is not able to jump towards right...is there any other way to jump which i dont know? and there is no other way to go ...plz help ...!!

The checkpoint says perfect score should be $5000, but i have $4575, it seems i know where i am missing these dollars, <br />
1) i cant find any way to pick up the money bag in room 16297<br />
2) i cant find lantern for room 16500 the dark room located at the very start of the game...although i took all coins there.<br />
3) theres a red door in room 16098, but i dont have a key .. <br />
plz help me.. i am a newbie ...although i hv played the original mansions ...and hv played some of custom mansions ..

I've been enjoying playing all the mansions again, but keep searching for a special one that I remember really liking...Can't seem to find it ! <br />

I believe it's an MM2 mansion, and it has two sets of saves that need to be found...you can see the second set as you go around, just can't get into them.  Then, when you've found all the first ones, a bunch of moving platforms take you all around again back to the second set of saves.  Truly a wonderful and well built mansion.  <br />
