Castle Doom Hard room 16705

Hmmm...I can't seem to get around the zapper beams guarding the green door in room 16705 of Castle Doom Hard. I've got the green key, and I need to get past the door to get the all-important blue key; but the only way I can get past the zappers is when the blocks are in place under the ladder, and of course when those blocks are in pace the blue key is inaccessible. I've tried several times to jump when there is a lull in the two zappers but it never works. I always get fried. Any ideas? Thanks everyone!

I had hard time doing that too the first time[s]
You have to jump at the right time. Try again, and watch the zapper beams closely

That is hard. Timing is everything here. Getting back out is even harder.

Thank you amigos! As long as I know it can be done I will not despair.

Actually, getting back is easier, because you only need to lose at most one Jack I never managed that going back jump safely.

Me either! So, if you don't mind losing a Jack, I guess it is easier.
