What kind of Mac do you have?

Just curious. What is the processor speed, is it a laptop or desktop, how much memory, display resolution, and Intel or PPC.

Hi, Vern!
Long time no see!

I have a G4 MDD, it's a PPC, 1,25 GHz, 1,75 Gb RAM, 20" Cinema monitor using 1280x800 resolution (my eyes don't like higher resolution). I am playing MM in a window instead of full screen

Hi, Vern.

Mine is a Power Mac G5 Dual 2 GHz (non-Intel), with 2.5 GB RAM and an old-school 19" Formac monitor, using normally a 1280 x 960 @ 75 Hz resolution, which gets switched when playing MM to 640 x 380 @ 95 Hz.

Hey Vern - I'm also on an iMac G5, but mine is only 17" which is enough... 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 1440x900 resolution.

I play full-screen for the FULL effect - it's just me & Jack on an adventure! :Smile

humm - well, when I asked, I was told it was a G5, but it has the Intel DuoCore processor, so I guess I got all the specs confused... sorry. I'm not reading nor writing very well just now - cut my hand on some steel (ouch) and running with lots of tourists here to guide!

OK. If it has the Intel processor then it cannot be G5 since the
G
line was the PowerPC processor line and is discontinued since the beginning of 2006 (or 2007, I forget).
