Spam e-mails that look like they are coming from our members

Lately some of our members have been getting spam e-mails that seem to be coming from other members of the forums.  To quote Vern: 

What happened is a computer managed to guess the password to the person's Yahoo account. It then collected all email addresses they've ever sent to anyone, and sends spam as if it's from the person.

So this has nothing to do with any forum member nor is it a Mac OS X virus
