Hi Vern, in my first play in castle basano Normal I found a Jack stuck in room 15499. Jack can't go back because the lever doesn't work anymore. See the picture attached

In Castle Basano Easy, I had found a bug. You can't get those silber coins because the elevator goes into the lava. Room ID 15901. I had played trough the mansion and it's a lot of fun!

Ah, forgot to add the platform stopper in the lava. Fixed.

I'm really enjoying this mansion. It's excellent.

I'm probably being silly but I can't find a way past the point where Jack is in the picture to get to the red door. Help!

Having the same problems and some more:

16703 Can’t reach the upper bag of money from above or below. Coming down the vine is possible but can’t reach the bag. Maybe it can be done by turn the back to the bag and than kneel. Forgot to test that. But that is a trick that doesn’t should be necessary in an easy mansion. No, that trick didn’t work.

16906 Can’t get down to reach the red door. Jacks get down to steps but then it stops. I have 2 red keys, one blue and one purple.

Tell us when you have corrected this, Anthony, so we can get the update and continue the test.

Thanks guys, I'll fix those, so you'll be able to reach that red door next beta patch, along with reach that money bag.

Yeah, so Mapman, it's a bug, I'll fix that.

You guys will probably be informed when the next beta will be out, I'm sure. Should be very soon, I think. Next week?

Now that you've tested all you can in easy, go for a try at normal, which doesn't have that stuck before the red door problem.  :
