Great that your sister has made a mansion, my Jack and I tried it out, but found out that my Jack could only find the one 'mansion' filled with gold coins.  (there is another one alluded to that has 'different coloured coins')

Maybe you could give her a bit of a hint that other 'mansions', or areas, need to be linked by connecting rooms.   I noted in the mansion builder that there were other rooms, but they were very far away with no path or other rooms to bring them together.
