Creepy Cottage

Hello - I am stuck in room 16497. Going down the ladder on the right hand side of the room, I find
it impossible not to fall through the hole in the ladder. How do I get to the room below??

Hmm... there's no hole in the ladder on the right side.

Yes in the ladder going down to the room below, right at the level of the horizontal zapper,
there's a gap in the ladder that Jack always falls through to the room below.

OK solved, I downloaded a new version of the mansion and there's no hole. It must have been fixed
after I got the original version.

Yay! I finally bothered to finish Creepy Cottage. I was a little disappointed though, the beginning was way hard but once you found save point one, it was way easy. Boo.

But I did love the fiendish zapper room. .
