Unable to open Mansion

Hi Guys,
I would love to visit the mansion, but don't know what seems to be the problem, I can't open it, it says,

make sure its an HD file

,
it is, Obviously I tried HD version, and 3-4 times. Does anyone know what may be the problem?

Hi Pooja. Is your MM HD app in two parts, Episode 1 and 2? Mine is, and I've found that I have to open custom mansions in Episode 2, but any Saved files from those mansions have to be opened in Episode 1.

thanks a ton for responding, I thought who might still be playing this wonderful game in 2020

Anyway, so yes my app is in episode 1 & 2, I purchased both together, but it does not have 2 separate icons, just 1 icon, and 2 episodes, Episode 1 & 2,

And it seems like except certain 3-4 custom mansions, all are opening.

So I click on

open Mansion

button when we start the game, and just it takes me to the place where all custom mansions are saved,
how do we open any custom mansion in episode 1?

Hmm, I don't know. Have you tried downloading the mansion again?

Yes, several times,
and seems like you were right about opening saved games of custom mansion.

it seems like I am unable to open any saved games at all of any custom mansion.
So how were you able to open them ?
Actually,custom mansions are saved in custom folder separately, and

saved games

are saved in

saved games

folder, (whether it is

included

mansions or custom mansions)

so when I load any custom mansion's saved game, it says,

we couldn't find any file named

. please ensure it is in the custom mansion folder

but saved games get saved by default in

saved" games folder.

sorry to bombard with questions, but this was not a problem in 2015 i remember when I used to play this game frequently

Sorry, Pooja, I don't know how to help. Maybe you should go to actionsoft.com and send an email to Vern under Contact Support at the bottom of the Support page. I don't know how long it will take for him to see it and answer. Good luck.

This happened to me on the PC as well. I renamed the mansion to match what it wanted to save to, in this case The Bat House became T, and the saves work now.
