Jack can't climb the right ladder in room 30698 and thereby not get the 3 yellow keys. But maybe he doesn't need them?

That's right, rose, Jack can't get them. At least as far as I know. I've never gotten 100% secrets here.

The secret count is correct and has nothing to do with the three unreachable yellow keys in this room.
