Request for replays (movies)

If you have completed any mansions, please send me the movie files for that mansion. This will make it easy for me to take realistic screenshots of the game, yet I can use fast-forward to get through it all pretty quickly to find good rooms. Thanks! Just zip them and email them to me at vern AT actionsoft DOT com.

Don't forget they are located in
Home/Library/Application Support/ActionSoft/MidnightMansion/User Movies

P.S. If you could sort them out and send only the ones worth using (i.e. don't send me your short replays -- send me just ones where you play an entire mansion in one sitting -- if you have those)

People play a mansion in one sitting?? Impressive.

I'm not even close to completing a mansion.... I've been focusing on riding the game engine as hard as I can.

.... All of that ^ is not useful to you, but I wonder if others have experienced the MM beta continually trying to put save points in the Documents folder.

I navigate to the App Support MM file, and the next time, it wants the Docs folder again.

That *definitely* should not be happening mick!

When does it bring up the wrong folder? When you try to open a saved game? When you jump on a save pedestal to save your game? Both times?

What about replays? Try clicking

Open Replay

on the title screen. Where does it take you?

Vern, it is not an issue now, with the Beta2. The saved games are going into the Application Support file now.

My apologies for being slow to notice there was a Beta2 release.

Leon, just so you know -- Hint House is the same on all difficulties.

I know, but Hard gives you 6 lives whereas normal gives you 99 (I know it doesn't make any difference)
