Hi Semi-Native, how do you make those small screen shots without the rest of the desk top showing?

I read that you took them in the editor, but still, no desk top is showing & they are smaller than the ones I take with control, command, 3.

If you use SHIFT + COMMAND + 4, you can select the area of the screen that you want, instead of the whole screen.

I did the above, but now I get an entire border.  But, when I post it here, it disappears. 
So how would I get rid of the whole border if I were to send the pic thru regular email attachment?

Sorry, I didn't give the complete explanation. When you use the shift-command-4 keys, notice the little cross-hairs cursor. Use that to click and drag around your selection. Once you let up off the mouse, your picture is taken.

Jack Stuck Rm 16901 Normal

I went down all of the conveyor belts to pick the key up at the bottom right. Because the belt is moving to the right I cannot get back up. there is no way to die and suspend/resume puts Jack back at the bottom right.

Jack Stuck, see pic.  He got there by jumping off the yellow platform after pulling lever.  My Jack is such a accident looking for a place to happen.   ;D
