I need help in this room to get the green key. I know it must be in the green tile rectangle but can't figure out how to get inside. Hint please!

Thanks for all your hard work,
Nancy

Not sure if this is a JS, or my Jack has too much curiosity for his own good, but we could not get out of this little situation, and had to forfeit our progress and start again from the last save pedestal !   :-[

I must say that I find it quite astonishing that you managed to end up down there alive after pulling the lever in the lower right... I sure can't... It should be impossible to go to the left as you seem to have, the only way I can get jack down there is by jumping down from above, and then he comes down as a skeleton...

If you tell me how you did it, I can tell you if it's a JS or not

[edit] I managed to reproduce the JS, and it sure is a JS... a strange one though Smile I fixed it, sending an update to the admins[/edit]

OK, I need a hint - in 10902 are all 5 keys inside the maze? I've spent wayyyyyy too much time on this room! Great mansion - very hard but not unfair. For me it's the kind to step away from and return in a day or two.

Yes they are all there. There's no way back so they have to be. The little maze can be tricky, but not impossible of course Smile

Really enjoying this Mansion, but unfortunately my Jack has an often detrimental exploration habit.  :Smile

He decided to try jumping off to the right at the top of the screen here in rm 12498, and although the fall was wondrous and lengthy, ultimately he did die!  Not sure if it is worth fixing or possible?  Maybe my Jack is the only suicidal one!   ;D

OTG: you mentioned your GF, AK was responsible for designing most of the rooms with moving monsters?  Well, Jack would like her to know he thinks her Devious and Evil when she created rm. 11698.  He has yet to get through that room without losing at least one life!  [smiley=evil.gif]

Thanks again to both of you,

SandyBean [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

Depends, did you mean Jack fell out of the room? I couldn't make him do that, but I could make him fall and die, since the platform is a little too fast, it gets below 6 stones underneath Jack before he lands

I'm afraid I'm responsible for that one... but the one you attached is hers, with the moneybag that moves around by itself...

that's her trademark [stuff and enemies moving around in perpetual motion] [even if I used it in some rooms]

Thanx for the fine words Smile

Hi OTG,

My Apologies.... it was a few days ago we played that spot (repeatedly, most likely due to the
Devious and Evil
designing by YourSelf  [smiley=evil.gif] in certain rooms!) and I mislead you by saying Jack jumped to the right.  I replayed it just now, and he has to walk off at the uppermost right tile, and will fall a wondrous, glorious, albeit painful death.

Hope that helps.  Smile

Also would like to say I am Most Impressed with AK's concepts of the perpetual moving monsters and money, very well done!   [smiley=tekst-toppie.gif]

Thanks,

SandyBean [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]
