Brugge indeed 
Toybox propably noticed that the picture is taken at the exactly same location as the one he posted here last year. Of course I didn't find the same bridge by myself, so...
I went there with my wife last week. We learned how to distinguish between old and not so old buildings in Brugge and also had a few serious lessons in Belgian beer.
To accomplish this we needed an insider...
a man who lives in a very old mansion in Brugge centrum...
