You should take a closer look (=search) in the area near the first blue door to the right of the save pedestal (= room 15300).
You opened the blue door in that room with a blue key that most people use for somewhere else..... (hint !).
BTW: As a rule.....almost all hidden keys (or other hidden secrets) are hinted at....in some form or another. It could be visually, or - as arevn has pointed out - aurally (or sonically) in other instances.
Sometimes even both...... 8-)
