My idea was, after sections 7 + 8 have been rather hard, to make section 9 a little bit more
When I play it I, too, have the feeling that it's rather short, but it's even one room more than what the official Catacombs guidelines demand. Maybe that impression is due to the fact that it's simply easier than the latest sections before it.
BTW, while I manage to get all the money in section 9 (obviously), I do still miss several coins from the preceding sections, too.
Although I can't say exactly from which. It might go pretty far back...

normalagain, and also to make it in tune with the original first few sections of Catacombs. That's why there are one or two references of those early sections in there.
