Yikes. That's a lot of Euros! :o
Internet access is one thing I get to take for granted. Not only does the university provide free (access restricted to students) WiFi in most buildings, but also my apartment complex provides fast internet, the price of which is included in a $20/mo. lump sum for utilities.
(Of course, the six of us sharing the apartment are paying $20 each. That includes gas, water, garbage, internet, and phone, but not electricity
