Problems solved. Was a combination of several things. Hard disk with 136 GB of the 147 GB in use, leaving only 11 GB. (Bought an extern hard disk.) At the same time a program was running day and night, what slowed down about everything. And last but not least, I did reach the monthly limit of 35 GB up- & downloading. That is why my provider didn't throw me from the internet, but slowed down my working with the browsers. And then I mean slooooooowly. :

paying. Here, it costs me € 62 per month. Cheaper is of course possible, but then some things are more limited. In size, in speed, etc.
