I like ALL
My absolute favourite custom mansion is Psychotronic's A Curious Observatory. I told that so many times before, so that it isn't news at all. Its master puzzle, the thunderstorm (while I hate zapper beam stuff), the 2D-area etc. bring this mansion to an extremely high quality level. The only minor point is probably that it is not accessable for players who doesn't have the skill for hard-to-very hard mansions.
And then there is also Alexander's The Dalton Brothers. Because I am a
finishedcustom mansions, since I know how many hours of work went into them and although they all have better and minor points. So I am not making a top 10, but only want to make a special note about 2 of them.

freakof MM-novelties, I must confess that this mansion was really stunning in that way. It made all my own novelties fade to gray!
