I may have something for rusty Jacks and rusty fingers.
Enclosed you will find the very first rooms of the MM2 version of my Midnight Mazes and Monsters. I am pretty sure that there are no cheap deaths in it.

The movie shows a part of MMM in HD version with critical comments. The first 5:45 minutes are enough to compare with the MM2-version.
