Trying to solve Room 15891 (but not yet...)

In Room 15891 (with the reversing belts and the gold key going up to the lava pit; it's near the end - I hear...), I am having trouble getting through the progression of backs & forth to reach the level in time. :-X >> :o

Is this room just d**nably difficult (& one has to have the reflexes of a teenager to complete it?), or am I missing something in this room for the solution? I tried finding any other exit from the room that might be closer to the small starting ladder, but not finding one (except the one on the left, and the gold door on the right).

If anybody's still on here, I'd love to get a hint or at least know that I will have to work up my reflexes to complete this room.
