It really seems so. On his way back up Jack got stuck between two grey doors (see pic). Out of own recent experiences in BNW some rooms seems to be doomed. What means that each fixing leads to an other problem ... :'(

In room 13300 my Jack succeeded in sending up the grey bat platform while self staying down (see pic).

In room 13701 Jack may jump onto the solid part of the red bricks while touching the sinking platform with his toes. That send the platform down and when he then steps to the right he dies (see pic).

When Jack re-enters transit room 13700 after the red section, not on the top floor but on the hidden floor right above the blue door, he dies by walking to the left. Dead body laying left of the green door.
