Hello Pooja Ahuja- welcome! People don't post here as often as they once did, but many still read the forums and play MMÂ 
The fix for these two mansions is simple: unzip the downloaded file, and you will see another zip file. Unzip this second one, and put the resulting folder into the MMHD Custom Mansions folder.
I don't know why some of the mansions were zipped that way, but they will play correctly now. Please post if you have any other questions.
