Here is a download link for beta 2. This is a much smaller download that does NOT include the Game Data folder, so please keep that from the previous download. Expand this and put it in the same folder as the beta 1 application.

This version fixes all reported problems except 2:
1) Semi Native: try running this, and after clicking on a mansion that doesn't work, open up
If you can't find the correct log, just click on
2) For fullscreen, please start up in windowed mode OR switch to windowed after startup, then switch to fullscreen. The game will use a resolution of 1024x768, instead of the maximum available on the display. Let me know if this performs better, for those of you having problems with fullscreen speed.

Console. It's in your Applications / Utilities folder. Choose
Open Console Logfrom the File menu if no logs are visible. Find the log that Midnight Mansion just created. Send it to me. It'll help me figure out what's going on.
