If that's the main thing that's stopping you, I may be able to help out. A while back I was helping aquaMat with a number of his mansions. It stalled out because I think both of us got busy with other things.
Many of his mansions have levers like this, so I created new versions of the MM HD levers that do not have a base, and added a slot, so it looks like the lever is sticking up through the ground (or whatever surface it rests on). I could make these available to you, but you would still have to move the levers up so they are where Jack can get to them. The overall appearance is pretty close to what it looks like when they are
buried.
I also still have an old builder that works on my old laptop, which I will probably never upgrade.
