Number of registered members declining

That was me - sorry. I was going through the list finding users who have registered, have not posted, pm'd, etc, and appear on forum spam lists numerous times. I only took action if it looked as though they were repeat offenders on the various boards. It's the same vetting process I currently do for new users, but hadn't been doing until just recently.

I should have asked or at least said something - I'm sorry about that.

Also, at what point should we consider removing users who haven't been online for an extended period of time (years in some cases), and have never posted, pm'd?
