Veronika's Towers custom mansion: the signposts are all blank (they work fine in the released version). It's not making the game quit and I get no error message, just blank signs.
Also, in 15904, there is a lever behind the middle level wall (green door) to open all the trap doors where the walking skeletons are. The lever is not set on top the tiles that Jack stands on so will not work.
There may be more problems, but I haven't gotten through the whole mansion yet.
