I saw it a number of times, and to
fixit, I simply canceled the download and tried it again, occasionally more than once. The fact that it doesn't happen consistently for me makes me think it's a forum glitch. I meant to look into why it might be doing that, but was busy with other things... At the time, I thought I might not have waited for the page to fully load or something.
