Hmm, okay I guess you are right -- these two scenarios would be affected a well. Not just gold/silver blocks.
Why? Because the game does NOT teach players how to do this, so no one should ever be expected to do it. No built-in mansions should ever require it, or have an advantage to doing it. Therefore, it should not be allowed.
