Yeah. It looks like Vern forgot to replace the graphics in the mansion with the newer graphics. If you look in the last Beta release, you'll see that they look a lot different. It should be an easy thing for him to slide in.
My only real concern would be whether or not he modified the right version of ToP with his new changes, and inadvertently rolled back the Beta2b fixes that had already been patched.
