Hmmm... you should have encountered 5 rooms that had a green and blue key in them in your travels to get to this point - one in each area. The only one I can think of that's possible to bypass without seeing it is in the first area, not far from the troll outpost.
Are you sure you've checked them all? If it's the one in the first area, there's a few different approaches that will take you there.
You're almost there... so close. Of course, once you get there, there's still a little left to do, but that would be telling ;-)
