I just realized I have a critical flaw in room 15910. That green door there is door 5 before entering the vault (the end of the mansion). I was running into space issues with the door puzzle so I thought I might be able to use some of that lower level, if I was careful.
The way it is now, it's possible to gain entrance with a single green key. Not good. I think I can fix it... I'll need to find another place for that lever... or make that door/block puzzle easier.
