All right, here's another zip without those blocks. I would suggest, given the size, that if there is one section that is completely unplayable. Then you could always open one of the other sections. Although there are scattered rooms that are fairly tough in all sections, I think that generally the overall difficulty increases as you progress.
Overall, for hard mansions I tend to favor mansions that use lots of non-degrading obstacles. A creature can only kill Jack once, a zapper or difficult jump can torment Jack forever.
AREAS
1: 15895
2: 15899
3: 15901
4: 15904
5: 16308
6: 15910 (VAULT)
Each of these areas could be played in isolation of the others - that was the intent anyway, and probably makes the mansion slightly less difficult as a result. The final challenge before hitting the vault unfortunately can't be played this way. Initially, I have no preference on where one starts testing.
