11478 The helpful troll pulling the lever only changes the torch flames. In Easy, there was a Save pedestal that appeared. The troll doesn't seem to have much purpose in Normal, unless I'm missing something.
11080 The lever and BBB are so close together, it's hard to read the BBB instead of pulling the lever. Jack has to move far enough left, and there's not a lot of room.
The missing ladder jump ability affects these rooms:
10288 Jack can't get down to the bottom
10289 Jack can't get back up
10491 Jack can't get back up
