The all share the same problem. When Jack tries to jump for the vine from these spots, he can't. In one of the rooms, he did die as he fell, the other times, he fell onto the vine in the room below. I don't know if you want to do anything about it. see pics
... why on earth would Jack jump from where you are over the vine? You're only meant to be jumping from the direction you came onto the vine. There's nothing I can do about this.
15101 - If you were going down on the grey bat platform, it stops in the next room. You just need to jump down the platforms and down into the other room. What's to stop you?
I am going to fix the Jack stucks on the roof, so you'll die if you try to jump over the other side.

Read the sign next to the trap next time.15693 - I'll slow the bird, to make this a bit less of a hassle. That shield does help a lot, doesn't it, if the spider or the bird is in the wrong spot, and could disrupt you as you jump.
... The jump from blue to green is indeed impossible. You're meant to jump from blue to red to green.
15894 - I'll put some brick in the lava so you can jump over.
15502 - Yes, the grey door opens, but from a trigger on the other side.
