Okay, don't even ask how my Jack gets himself into all these Jack Pots, just think of him as a Spastic Lucille Ball. lolololol,
Jack grabbed the Bat Brick FROM the room above 15101 & jumped off it onto one of the boxes in room 15101. hmmmm So now he has to double back to get the Bat Brick again as it kept going down when he jumped off.
So now he's in room 14900 (near the Save, with the grey door open), but he can't get thru that short cut way. see pic. He has to take the long way on the roof!
