Jack rode around the grey bat brick to the spiders & back.  He went to jump to pull the lever, fell, died & ended up on the little green disappearing brick, but the grey bat brick disappeared, no where to be found.  Jack is stuck.


Can't you go back by using the little falling platform? Mapman had the same problem before if I understood well. Shall I add a BBB somewhere to say that it is safe to use falling platforms to go back to the lower floor?
