Jack used a red key in 11679 and maybe should have used it in 11879? It seems that if you don't use the red keys in the right order, Jack can get stuck.  See map pic for where he's been.

Jack can't jump up onto the moving gold brick to get the yellow key (in 11679) and so has nowhere to go.

Yes, I 'KNEW' that someone would find a way to get stuck on this one although I thought I had tried everything 

It should NOT matter which red door you open first.
